Processing times

• In-stock hats and apparel: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom orders: you'll get a free pre-production proof within 24 hours. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Custom orders ship 2–3 weeks after you approve the proof.

Shipping rates
We charge one flat shipping rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
